John, major news sources are calling our U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania a toss-up — with CNN ranking it as the seat most likely to flip partisan control.

Democrats were only 1.5 points away from winning the last time this seat was up for election. Now, we have an even better chance of victory after Joe Biden’s win in the state last fall.

But Senate Republicans are so determined to keep this seat red and take back the Senate majority that they’ve already raised $51.2 million.

Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans are focused on blocking Joe Biden’s agenda and not what workers and families need. They’ve shown this time and time again, stalling progress on important legislation around infrastructure, voting rights, and child care.

Frankly, it’s B.S. Meanwhile, Val’s priorities are those shared by workers and families. That’s why she’s our best hope to flip this seat blue.

Val has a track record unique in politics these days, and she’s the problem solver we need. She’d be the first woman physician to serve in the U.S. Senate. As Chair of Pennsylvania’s third-largest county, she led the charge to guarantee $15 an hour minimum wage and paid parental leave for county employees, build one of the strongest economies in Pennsylvania, and get on track to go 100% renewable by 2050.
