1 in 4 adolescent girls aged 15-19 has an unmet need for contraception.

7 million girls under the age of 18 give birth each year.

70,000 die each year from pregnancy or childbirth complications, making it the second leading cause of death for girls aged 15-19 worldwide.

Right now, young people around the world are being denied their sexual and reproductive health and rights. With the regular support of our Champions for Reproductive Rights, we have secured long-fought legal victories to strengthen laws, policies and practices that affirm adolescents' human rights and to seek justice when rights are violated.

But as these numbers show, our work is far from over. We need your support, will you become a Champion by making a monthly gift and taking a stand for young people around the world? When you do, a group of Center donors will make your first gift go SIX TIMES AS FAR in supporting this critical work.

With your recurring contribution, you'll provide the support we need to guarantee that adolescents can exercise their sexual and reproductive health and rights to the fullest extent. That includes their rights to make informed decisions about their sexuality and reproduction and to access sexual and reproductive health services.

GIVE MONTHLY

The Center for Reproductive Rights has been spearheading litigation and advocacy to affirm the autonomy, decision-making, and access to sexual and reproductive rights and health services of young people.

Bearing a child often signifies the end of a young person's formal education, either due to expulsion by the school as a sanction for becoming pregnant, or as a result of childrearing obligations or need to work in order to support the child. Enabling girls to delay pregnancy is a key element of realizing their right to education, which in turn enables them to have greater economic opportunities, social empowerment and financial independence.

The health, rights, and well-being of young people around the world are under threat. Please become a Champion for Reproductive Rights today to provide the dependable resources we need to keep fighting for them.

Don't forget that when you start your monthly gift before July 31, your first gift will have 6X the impact.

Thank you for standing with us,
