Manchester, NH - Victoria Sullivan issued the following statement on her signing of the 1776 Action Pledge to Save Our Schools:
"I am encouraged by the work 1776 Action is doing around the country to bring light to the need for more civics-based learning and basic American history, both the good elements and the bad, in our classrooms. Holding firm to the founding principles of our country is so important to our future success as Americans. I thank former U.S. House Speaker Gingrich, former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Dr. Ben Carson, and other patriots for spearheading this effort.
"Woke and divisive concepts like Critical Race Theory (CRT) in our schools only will create a hateful and resentful domestic sentiment when our kids grow up to become productive adults. I fully support 1776 Action's mission to promote all the great reasons we should be proud and be patriotic to be Americans. After all, this is the greatest country the world has ever known."
