The Biden administration is overreaching and abusing the separation of powers.

When Biden took office, he went against federal law by withholding congressionally appropriated funds for the construction of our Southern border. This ended the border wall construction based on the fact that he is against the border wall policy.

Bypassing the decisions of Congress will only result in paving the way for harmful consequences in the future when the balance of power is not maintained. It is for this reason that I am calling on state Attorneys General to take legal action against the Biden administration for halting the construction of the border wall.
