Job Opening:  Human Resources Coordinator


OVERVIEW:                            

The Human Resources Coordinator will be the primary person responsible for developing, implementing, and evolving staff policy; the point of contact and mediator of conflict resolution; and the team expert of translating Indigenous Worldviews into workplace standards. Drawing upon their comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies, collective agreements, and employment laws, the Human Resources Coordinator will contribute on key matters relating to labour relations, employee relations, onboarding, organizational reviews, job evaluation, and salary administration. The Human Resources Coordinator's ability to uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality and willingness to support the advancement of Indigenous initiatives through targeted HR projects will make them an indispensable member of our team.


JOB HOURS AND LOCATION:                   

Part-time, salaried, remote position, located in the United States. Approximately 20 hours/week.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL:           

El/la Coordinador(a) de Recursos Humanos será la principal persona responsable de desarrollar, implementar y transformar la política de personal; el nexo y mediador en la resolución de conflictos; y el experto en la traducción de las cosmovisiones Indígenas en estándares para el espacio de trabajo. Basándose en su amplio conocimiento de las políticas aplicables, convenios colectivos y leyes laborales, contribuirá en asuntos clave relacionados con las relaciones laborales, las relaciones con los empleados, la incorporación, las revisiones organizacionales, la valoración de funciones y la administración de salarios. Su capacidad para mantener un alto nivel de profesionalismo y confidencialidad, y su voluntad de apoyar el avance de las iniciativas Indígenas a través de proyectos de recursos humanos específicos lo convertirán en un miembro indispensable de nuestro equipo.


HORARIO Y UBICACIÓN: 

A tiempo parcial, asalariado, puesto remoto, ubicado en los Estados Unidos. Aproximadamente 20 horas semanales.
