75% capacity in line with public transport guidelines

Hello John,

I hope you're keeping well.

We have received confirmation from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) that the youth work sector is following public transport capacity limits ([link removed]) .

This means youth service mini-buses can now increase to 75% capacity as of Monday 19^th July last.

This may not appear on the DCEDIY website or Covid-19 Guidance for Youth Organisations for a couple of days, but we have received written confirmation, and given the good weather I imagine many of you are planning trips for your groups so we felt it best to share this information with you immediately.

We will continue to update you on our ongoing engagement with DCEDIY regarding the Covid-19 Guidance for Youth Organisations ([link removed]) on behalf of the youth sector.

Please let me know if you have any further queries and in the meantime, enjoy the sunshine.

Warmest regards,

Mary
