While we must fight for the future of DACA, the need for a pathway to citizenship for undocumented youth has never been more urgent.

Young undocumented immigrants have never been free from attacks on their livelihood and legal status. This DACA decision now puts even more immigrants at risk of deportation from the United States, the only home they’ve ever known.

But earlier this year, Barbara and her colleagues in the House passed the Dream and Promise Act which would create a pathway to citizenship for over three million undocumented immigrant youth and TPS holders.

Today, the bill is still sitting in the Senate and the time to take action and bring it to a vote has never been more critical.
