John,

2021 is shaping up to be one of the most critically important years for our
civil and religious liberties.

With Joe Biden and Kamala Harris having run on a platform that if implemented
would almost certainly violate many of the Constitutional freedoms we enjoy,
you and I have to be prepared for the fight of our lives.

With these issues looming in 2021 can you take a moment to answer our 2021
Priorities Survey and help guide us in the new year?

This year may prove particularly challenging for the freedom of speech,
especially for citizen-journalists like Andy Ngo.

As you probably know, Biden and Harris refuse to recognize violent groups like
Antifa for what they are – terrorist organizations.

During a debate, Joe Biden said that Antifa is merely an “idea.”

Well that “idea” has been terrorizing cities like Portland and Seattle, in
particular, for months.

Which means it’s quite likely that Antifa thugs will continue to roam the
streets unchecked – while houses of worship are forced to remain closed and Big
Tech is allowed to censor conservative speech that doesn’t fit a “woke” agenda.

However, I can assure you that the Center for American Liberty will not stop
or slow its efforts to defend our Constitution.

There is too much at stake.

We understand that there are a myriad of issues and legal challenges and we
want to know what’s most important to you and what you’re interested in
learning more about.

John, your feedback will be very insightful for us as we expand and grow our
efforts this year to defend liberty throughout the country.

We still have battles raging in Gish v. Newsom to re-open houses of worship,
Brach v. Newsom to re-open schools, and Givens v. Newsom to defend the freedom
of speech in the public square.

Of course, these cases and more are in addition to our landmark lawsuit
against Antifa for its brutal physical attack on Andy Ngo—leaving him with a
brain hemorrhage.

Andy’s case continues to progress; just last month a judge ruled against a
member of Antifa’s bogus Anti-SLAPP motion now paving the way for Andy’s case
to move forward.

And we suspect that we will have to take on more cases than ever before as
attacks on liberty intensify.

So please, take just a moment to fill out the 2021 Priorities Survey and help
guide the Center for American Liberty through the next 12 months.

Thank you for your continued friendship and generosity. Together we will
continue to fight for the freedoms we hold so dear.

Onward to victory,

Harmeet K. Dhillon
