In their opinion in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee -- the case which challenged voting restrictions in Arizona -- the 6-3 far-right Supreme Court sided with Arizona, upheld the restrictive laws, and weakened the Voting Rights Act, allowing the GOP to continue suppressing Black and Brown voters.
