Our campaign has been underway for a little over a month, and Ras has been traveling across the state to meet Iowans where they are. He’s experienced great work being done in communities small and large, and he’s listened to Iowans discuss what they believe Governor Reynolds should be prioritizing.

So far, many folks say they want to see our state government defend our right to vote, protect our environment and take action on climate change, increase funding for our kids’ schools and teachers, and make healthcare more affordable.

What could they do without? For starters, Governor Kim Reynolds making Iowans foot the bill for her political stunt, using taxpayer dollars to send state troopers to the U.S. border with Mexico instead of investing in infrastructure and services here at home.

As the end of July nears, Ras wants to check in with you virtually and hear what you think Iowa’s state leadership should (and shouldn’t) be prioritizing. Will you take our July survey to share your thoughts with Ras today?
