Hi,
EARTHDAY.ORG is rallying our supporters to demand Congress act on the Break Free From Plastic Pollution Act — and we need your help.
We know that plastics are non-natural materials that take lifetimes to break down. In that time, plastics accumulate in our oceans, streams, soils and within our bodies causing negative health impacts wherever they go. Industries and institutions that perpetuate this crisis must be held accountable.
EARTHDAY.ORG’s End Plastic Pollution campaign spreads awareness and drives legislative action on the problem of plastics, and underwrites citizen science and worldwide cleanup initiatives. Will you support work such as this with a donation? <[link removed]>

Your donation to Earth Day supports important work including legislative initiatives and organizing of civil leaders who agree that now is the time to end the scourge of plastics in the environment. We know that plastics and microplastics are difficult to remove from land and water habitats,1 and that the best solution relies on passing smart policies that eliminate single-use plastics and pressure major polluting companies, including ExxonMobil and Philip Morris International, to change their ways.
Your donation makes fights such as these possible. <[link removed]>
Consider a donation to Earth Day, and help us build a strong and active coalition that can make these pivotal changes a reality. We may be nearing a point of no return with an overabundance of plastic in our daily lives. Help us eliminate threats such as these to our planet. <[link removed]>
In unity,
Kathleen Rogers
President
