The National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) recently released its annual report, Out of Reach 2021: The High Cost of HousingThe Out of Reach report affirmed what Bay Area residents and Californians already know; our region and state are struggling with severely high housing costs and it’s absolutely critical we take action.

Our Executive Director, Amie Fishman, shared NPH's perspective on the report and the Bay Area Counties' status as the least affordable counties in the nation. "This is not the identity we should be holding," she told The San Francisco Chronicle. You can read more about the report and hear from Amie in the Mercury News/East Bay Times and on the "Upfront KPFA" radio hour.
