Friends — This is NOT the news we were hoping to share today.

There is just over a week to go until our important July fundraising deadline and we still have some work to do to reach our 40,000 contribution goal.

Now usually, we wouldn’t be so worried about this but we are facing two big problems. First, another Republican just entered the race to run against Mark in 2022, this one backed by a California billionaire — that brings us to FOUR opponents total now. And second, this month CNN named us one of the Senate seats most likely to flip in 2022.

So we really can’t afford to fall short. It is critical that our fundraising stays on track because if it doesn’t, Mitch McConnell and his allies will spot an opening and continue to attack our campaign.
