The Legislature has officially left Sacramento for their Summer recess so the good news is that they won’t be able to wreak any havoc on the freedom loving Californians until they return on August 16. The bad news is that two of the three anti-gun bills GOC has been fighting made it through another step of the process (see more below about this) and the third, “tax-us-all-to-hell” AB 1223 remains alive on the Assembly Floor thanks to some sketchy post-deadline maneuvers by the legislative leadership. Shocker!
