Senate Democratic leadership have agreed on a comprehensive infrastructure
plan, and it’s a massive victory in our fight to build the green future we
need to beat the climate crisis.

The $3.5 trillion proposal includes:

* A clean electricity standard, which is a historic first step to
transforming our energy grid
* A civilian climate corps program to create green jobs nationwide
* Huge solar and wind power investments

These historic initiatives would NOT be part of the plan without the
tireless advocacy of our progressive movement. We can’t stop pushing until
Congress passes this budget.
