38-year-old Paul Hodgkins of Tampa was just sentenced to 8 months in prison for his role in the January 6th insurrection, Friend.

Hodgkins claims he never planned on breaking any laws or storming any barricades when he attended the Stop The Steal Rally at the White House. He just got "caught up in an emotional protest.”

In other words, he was incited to commit insurrection.

We can’t return to the days of being able to take the peaceful transition of power for granted by throwing the foot soldiers of The 147’s authoritarian movement in prison. Trump’s back on the road, packing arenas with tens of thousands of supporters who would gladly take Hodgkins’ spot in the next insurrection.
