Action

When the Best Western Plus in Mesa, Arizona, announced it would host anti-abortion extremist group Operation Save America for a ‘national event’ again, we sprung into action. Operation Save America and their associates have long embraced violent tactics, with some leaders and supporters stating that people who have abortions should be executed. Best Western should not be catering to violent, ‘pro-life’ extremists.

Caitlin spoke on a panel titled, ‘Info and Options in Crisis: Exposing & Pushing Back on Fake Clinics’ hosted by the Womxn’s Project and Louisiana Coalition for Reproductive Freedom.

Reproaction teamed up with the Academy of Perinatal Harm Reduction for "Decriminalize, Destigmatize, and Legitimize: Substance Use and Pregnancy." Panelists discussed the racist history of drug prohibition, and how dangerous myths about drug use and pregnancy turn into regressive policies like Wisconsin's Act 292.
