I know you care about preventing gun violence, and I know you will do whatever you can to end the types of tragedies that devastate families and whole communities. That's why I'm reaching out to you to personally ask you to join us in Madison on Thursday, Oct. 24th.

This is your last chance to register for our Gun Violence Day of Action for caring Wisconsin citizens, with special guests Governor Tony Evers and Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes.

What is a Day of Action like? One of the past attendees said it best: I know several folks whose lives have changed due to their attendance at a WAVE [Day of Action]. You can come in cold in the morning and go home at the end of the day feeling like a superhero.

WHAT: Day of Action because we, the citizens of Wisconsin, deserve to be heard!

WHEN: Thursday, October 24th / Check-in 9:45 am – 10 am

WHERE: Gather at Bethel Lutheran Church (312 Wisconsin Ave., Madison) for a morning of citizen advocacy training and a working lunch with your fellow citizen-activists. After lunch, we will march together to the Capitol to meet with elected officials and staff.

COST: $15, includes lunch, a tote bag, and training materials to make your meetings as powerful as possible.
