THEN: Val Arkoosh, a physician and Chair of Pennsylvania’s third-largest county, joined the race to cut through the noise and dysfunction in Washington and get things done for workers and families. She’s shown she has what it takes to deliver lasting results and flip this seat blue.

NOW: Republicans are desperate to keep this toss-up seat red and take back the Senate majority — that’s why they’ve raised $51.2 million this year to defeat Democrats like Val. We can’t let them reverse all the progress we’ve worked so hard for under President Biden and Vice President Harris — especially when their frontrunner is a Trump Republican determined to spread the Big Lie and return to Trump’s backward agenda.
