GOP AGs won’t stop filing lawsuits, but with more than 30 AG races in the next two years, we have a chance to hold them accountable. Learn more:
Friend, Republican AGs are filing lawsuit after lawsuit against the Biden Administration.
Late last week, we got news of yet another lawsuit bringing the total to at least 13 filed by GOP AGs against the Biden administration.
The outcomes of these lawsuits are important, friend. If successful, they can impede on all of the progress that the Biden Administration is making as we build back from the pandemic.
Democratic AGs are fighting back, helping to push progress in every way they can, but they need our help.
This month alone, both Kansas GOP AG candidate Kris Kobach and Texas GOP AG candidate George P. Bush filed separate lawsuits against the Biden administration seeking to continue Trump’s inhumane immigration policies.
Kobach and Bush aren’t alone. There are dozens of Republican AG candidates, and Republican AGs, who are trying to push us back to the extremist policies of the Trump-era.
We can – and need to – beat them at the ballot box, but we need your help to do that.
Thanks for your help,
Democratic Attorneys General Association
