The rights voters have in Colorado are worth celebrating! And that’s exactly what hundreds of residents did last week as we welcomed the MLB All-Star game to Denver. Our community got together to recognize the progress our state has made when it comes to voter registration, election turnout, and voting by mail.
Recently, Jena went on CBS News to discuss why moving the game to Denver was the right move. Check out the interview here.
Colorado is considered the gold standard of elections. We have vote-by-mail for all, weeks of early voting, and same-day and automatic voter registration. Colorado had the second-highest turnout in the nation in 2020. Chip in towards Jena’s re-election campaign to help us keep going.
While our elections are recognized across the country, we can’t forget how fragile progress can be. If Jena is replaced by someone who believes in policies that suppress voters, we will no longer have a Secretary of State focused on democracy and our rights.
