President Biden just announced he is launching “Operation Allies Refuge,” an effort to evacuate and relocate the thousands of Afghan interpreters who aided our troops.

This is fantastic news -- and it’s thanks in part to leaders like Tammy Duckworth in Congress.

Tammy has been an outspoken advocate for evacuating these interpreters not only because America owes it to them to keep our promises, but because it’s the right thing to do for our own national security. She’s right -- these interpreters put their own safety, and the safety of their families, on the line in order to help American troops.
