The anti-science crusade by conspiracy theorists and QAnon is starting to take hold in states across the country, and at least in Tennessee, it's taking effect just as the COVID-19 pandemic shows new signs of community spread. For the sake of our children and our communities, w e must counter attempts and attacks on science, especially those that will jeopardize the health and safety of our communities.

Here at the Center for Freethought Equality, we are committed to truth, science, and reason. But with each passing day, it becomes more and more apparent that efforts by conspiracy theorists, anti-vaxxers, and partisan opportunists are hampering our efforts to beat this pandemic once and for all. That's why we're fighting to ensure that public officials making decisions on public health are counseled by medical professionals, not message board conspiracy theorists. We know how to fight back, but we need your help.
John, to respond to the onslaught of anti-science, anti-vaccine propaganda making its way into our communities, we're ramping up our fight to ensure that science, truth and reason are at the heart of decisions on public health -- but we're currently $1,300 short of our goal. And If we don't act quickly, this backward and dangerous ideology will spread to other states, posing a severe risk to the health and safety of every American. >> [link removed]
