Celebrating a victory for frontline grocery workers.

Friends,

We wanted to take a moment to celebrate an amazing victory in the fight to protect frontline grocery workers: Food 4 Less union workers voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new contract in the strongest deal ever won from Kroger!

The new contract features wage increases of $1.65 over 3 years, health and pension benefits, increased work and vacation hours, health and safety committees, and more! Hear directly from worker leaders on what this new contract means to them by clicking here. This is a great win for frontline grocery workers who showed up to work during the height of the pandemic and remain committed to keeping our communities fed and connected to the resources they need as we work toward a recovery.
This victory was made possible by the leadership of UFCW 770, worker leaders, and community members like you. Thank you for voicing your support of Food 4 Less workers online, participating in picket lines and boycott actions, as well as signing and sharing petitions. Your participation sent a clear message to Kroger that our communities will not tolerate corporate greed.
Thank you for your continued support in ensuring frontline grocery and drug retail workers are safe and healthy in the workplace. We hope you'll continue to join us in building a stronger movement to protect workers' rights and restore dignity in the workplace.
In Solidarity,

Amardeep Gill
