Remember when he flew to Cancun earlier this year to escape a deadly winter storm that was ravaging Texas, leaving millions of us stuck in the freezing cold?
So why is Cruz criticizing Democrats in the Texas legislature for leaving the state to deny a quorum and block Republicans from passing restrictive voter suppression bills?
