This month’s SCOTUS decision in Brnovich v DNC made it harder to return vote by mail ballots.
It’s a direct attack on black and brown communities across the United States.
Rural tribes in particular rely on absentee ballot collection and are more often assigned bad precincts since they’re more likely to lack “standard” addresses.
Our right to vote is sacred.
We need Congress to pass the For the People Act to secure our democracy. And to do that, they must abolish the Jim Crow filibuster.
