Play Fair Policy image [ [link removed] ]
KEEP PLAYING FAIR!
*Pre-booking* is a great way to ensure your place, especially on popular classes and sessions, and it also helps keep reception queues to a minimum during busy times.
So it's important you know that the Play Fair *grace period will end on 31 July 2021*
This means that from* 1 August,* if you fail to cancel up to 3 hours before or don't show at all for your pre-booked* session, you will be charged and your Flexible Fitness membership or any Active Nottingham discounted entry will be revoked, and you'll be charged full price on any future bookings, until you settle your account.

Your safety.... and ours
cleaning [ [link removed] ]
Safety remains a priority to us.
So, whilst we continue with increased cleaning regimes and daily deep cleans, please support us by:
* pre-booking where possible, to reduce queues at reception.
* Maintaining reasonable social distancing measures.
* Continuing to use the hand sanitizer.
* Continuing to wear a mask when moving around our facilities.

*It's important to keep doing everything we can.*
All of our reception desks display the NHS Track and Trace QR code so please continue to check in each time you visit.
It's the fastest way of knowing when you're at risk from coronavirus (COVID-19). The quicker you know, the quicker you can alert your loved ones, and your community.

Care [ [link removed] ]
*Not ready to return just yet?*
From 19 July, we'll be unfreezing any remaining Active Nottingham memberships, however you can continue to freeze for £6.99/month if you tell us by Friday 23 July.
We understand that the last 18 months have been a challenge for everyone and, while returning to the spaces and activities we enjoyed before the pandemic is exciting and a positive step forward, we understand that some of our members might feel anxious or concerned.

GET THE JAB!
We’re supporting the city’s call for all eligible adults in Nottingham to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as we don't want a return to restrictions.
We want everyone to have the protection offered by the vaccine to reduce the spread of the virus.
The more people who take up the offer of a vaccine, the more likely we’ll be able to continue to operate fully.
Book yours now! [ [link removed] ]
