** 2.9 million LGBTQ adults have federal student loan debt
------------------------------------------------------------

New research from the Williams Institute in collaboration with the Point Foundation ([link removed]) examines student loan debt among LGBTQ and non-LGBTQ people. Results show that more than a third (35%) of LGBTQ adults ages 18-40—about 2.9 million people—are carrying more than $93.2 billion in federal student loans. The vast majority of them owe less than $50,000.

Nathan Cisneros | HIV Criminalization Analyst

Nathan Cisneros uses his training in quantitative social science to study the impact of HIV criminalization laws on people living with HIV. He was previously in the political science program at UC Irvine and worked as a case writer at Harvard Law School studying the legal profession. Nathan received an M.S. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Japanese, Economics, and Political Science from UC Berkeley.

Anthony Skulick | Development and Education Programs Associate

Anthony Skulick works on donor engagement, manages event programming, and develops strategic donor communications. He was previously at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy where he directed the donor stewardship program, collaborated with major gift officers to identify prospects and donor trends, and was the key department liaison across the university. Anthony earned his B.A. in Social Sciences from the California State University, Stanislaus.
