People’s Alliance members are supporting friends and allies across the state as they work with the Carolina Federation to co-create a People’s Platform on the issues that we all care about.

Can you join the Carolina Federation on Tuesday, July 27th, at 7PM for their Environment for All Town Hall?

We all deserve clean air to breathe, clean water to drink, and a habitable planet to live on. But right now, a few powerful corporations are prioritizing profit over people, devastating indigenous communities and communities of color, and gambling with all of our futures. It will take an unprecedented mass movement, working on an unprecedented timeline, to transform our energy system and protect our future.

Join us for this town hall to be a part of shaping the Environment for All plank of the People’s Platform.

Here’s how it works:

• A team of people has been hard at work listening to people on the doors and the phones, and drafting policy proposals for the state and federal level
• At the town hall, we’ll have a chance to speak out about our struggles and hopes, and to learn about and discuss the policy proposals that the Environment for All team has drafted
• After the town hall, you’ll be able to vote online for which policy proposals make it into the platform, and which ones should be our top priority

We need your voice to determine what’s in and out of the platform!
