Here’s what we know:

Republicans already named Matt in their list of vulnerable Democrats they plan to spend millions of dollars to defeat
The NRCC has already invested huge amounts of money on ads attacking Matt’s character
Matt’s opponent from last cycle is doing interviews with far-right media outlets in preparation for a potential rematch against Matt

Folks, this is bad, because Republicans know just how important Matt’s district is to our Democratic majority in the House.

Democrats need to catch up to what Republicans already know -- that Matt Cartwright’s district is the key to holding the House majority, no matter how you split it.

Matt won by less than 15,000 votes, or just 3.6% in 2020, and we expect this time around, National Republican groups will be willing to spend even more to take out Matt in their frantic rush to win back the House -- fueled on by Trump himself.
