John,
Planned Parenthood is celebrating a windfall from President Biden's increased funding for the abortion industry – millions more of our tax dollars.
Now they want more time to respond to us in federal appeals court. Their deadline – which was TWO WEEKS AGO – just got one final extension.
Planned Parenthood is spending its record abortion profits and exorbitant taxpayer funding in an effort to expand its abortion empire and defeat all of us in court. In fact, its latest report shows that for the third straight year, Planned Parenthood set a new record for the most abortions ever committed in a single year – 354,871 babies.
But as outrageous as this is, it gets worse.
A California jury has awarded Planned Parenthood millions from pro-life advocates for exposing the harvesting and selling of aborted babies' body parts. The federal judge actually awarded the abortion giant 13 million dollars more in attorney's fees.
We've appealed to have this injustice OVERTURNED. Planned Parenthood is fighting back, even getting the court to give it more time to reply. Planned Parenthood only has one week left before it's final deadline to respond to our appeal.
As we battle to defeat Planned Parenthood and defend unborn babies in cases across the nation – including at the Supreme Court – we need your support. Right now, your gift to defeat Planned Parenthood in court will be DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.
