I’m in Congress to fight for working families. From voting rights to universal healthcare to climate-resilient infrastructure, my priority has always been what matters to you.
My Republican colleagues, on the other hand, are only here to stop us.
While we are working towards healthcare for all, they’re trying to defund Medicare. When we drafted the most comprehensive democracy reform bill in decades, Senate Republicans filibustered it.
Now, we have come up with a bold solution to our crumbling infrastructure -- one that centers the needs of working families and recognizes the imminent threat of climate change. But the GOP is blocking our investment in our communities.
That’s why it’s so important that we build our progressive power, through the rest of the month and beyond.
