We have breaking news to share: Last quarter, the National Republican
Congressional Committee raised $45 million—nearly $9 million more than the
Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

This is not good news, John, but
it’s important news. In 2020, House Democrats barely maintained their
majority. Now with the GOP out-raising Democrats by millions of dollars,
our House majority could be at even greater risk in 2022. What’s more, the
NRCC has already added Katie to their top targets list, committing to
spend untold amounts of money to unseat her.

Here’s another thing: The GOP flipped other Orange County districts last
year. With enough money, there’s a chance that they’ll be able to unseat
Katie once and for all.

We know that our grassroots movement has the power to stand up against the
GOP and their millions. We saw this play out when Katie flipped her
district in 2018, and then defended that seat in 2020.

But now more than ever, we need to prove that Katie and our campaign
aren't going anywhere by meeting our goal of raising $15,000 by midnight
