Texas Democrats are risking arrest to stop Republican lawmakers from passing an outrageous voter suppression bill at the state level. They LEFT the state for D.C. in an effort to block GOP-backed voting restrictions, and they are urging lawmakers in Congress to pass federal voter protection legislation before it's too late.

Republican lawmakers have launched a strategic and relentless attack on the rights of Black voters. We are ramping up efforts for our Vote To Live Campaign to register Black voters in 2021 and 2022 to fight back.

We won't let corrupt politicians in the halls of power rob us of our sacred right to vote in free and fair elections. Will you chip in what you can before Friday's mid-month deadline to help us raise emergency funding to register Black voters through the Vote To Live Campaign?

Texas Democrats are refusing to let Republicans take us back in time. Neither will we.
