Concerned parents, students, and teachers are standing up and speaking out against Critical Race Theory at school board meetings across the country.

I’m with them.

This radical, woke ideology suggests America is an irredeemably flawed and structurally racist nation. Kids are being taught to hate America, the most free and most prosperous country in human history, but they are not being taught to read, write and do basic arithmetic. 

In short, it’s indoctrination instead of education. 

It’s a complete rejection of Martin Luther King's vision for a colorblind society and it plays right into the hands of the Chinese Communist Party’s goal to divide and conquer America from within. It also contributes to the increasing mediocrity of our education system.

John, this woke agenda has even infiltrated the upper ranks of our military.

But it’s clear that this fight is just getting started.

I’m doing everything in my power to get this destructive ideology out of our classrooms so that America’s next generation of leaders is taught to appreciate and uphold the principles that make America the greatest country in the history of the world. I am fighting to restore America's position as a world leader in education, so that every Wisconsin kid has access to a world-class education, regardless of the color of their skin or the circumstances of their birth.
