Hello John,

Curious about how Bay Area residents perceive housing and racial justice? What kinds of public policies garner the most public support, and how has the public responded to certain messages and narratives?

Find out the answers to these questions and more at Polling Review: Housing & Racial Justice Values and Narratives in the Bay Area, a virtual event coming up a week from today, Thursday, July 22 at 11:00AM.

Join us as we summarize and analyze results from a recent poll (June 2021) led by EMC Research and commissioned by the Shift the Bay initiative, which measures the impact of narrative efforts and provides real-time data to refine and update our work ahead. Anchored by NPH, Shift the Bay is a collaborative effort designed to deliver research driven, field-practiced strategies, tactics, and messages that will help our movement drive new narratives around affordable housing.

This event will be an opportunity for our collective affordable housing movement to examine together what’s working and what’s not working in terms of our narrative and messaging strategies, and explore ways we can refine our work ahead for the greatest impact. Plus, you’ll get a chance to get your questions answered during the Q&A portion of the event.

I look forward to exploring the ways we can create more effective messaging practices, campaigns, and programs as we work to advance housing and racial justice in the Bay Area.

See you at the polling event!
