The Global Gag rule blocks U.S global health funding for non-profits that provide, refer, counsel, or advocate for safe abortion—disrupting health services and systems that benefit women, rural populations, and the LGBTQ+ community.

We have the opportunity to pass the Global Health, Rights, and Empowerment (HER) Act—permanently repealing this dangerous and harmful policy.
