John,

Last session West Virginia was about to pass our Term Limits Convention legislation.

However, at the very last minute state Senator Mike Romano killed the resolution through a filibuster!

Now, our West Virginia field staff is again fighting for the Terms Limits Amendment , and needs help immediately.

They've posted a billboard in State Senator Romano's district telling the senator's constituents that he blocked term limits for the U.S. House and Senate.

But they need more money to keep it up.

Please make the very best donation you can to keep our billboard up and to help our volunteers bypass Congress and impose term limits through the states.

America would be one step closer to imposing term  limits on members of the U.S. House and Senate if it wasn't for this one West Virginia State Senator.

This kind of thing happens all too often, though.

One professional politician blocks wildly popular term limits for Congress legislation.

So, no matter where you live it's important that we stand up to politicians like State Senator Romano and alert his constituents about what they are doing.

Please make the very best gift you can today.

As you know, we need 34 states to pass our term limits applications.  If we do that, the states can then impose term limits on the U.S. House and Senate.  And there is absolutely nothing the politicians on Capitol Hill can do to stop it.

Three states have passed our Term Limits Amendment.

Eleven other states have passed term limits specific language as part of a multi-subject convention initiatives.

We really need to pass our legislation in West Virginia!

We really need to keep the heat on State Senator Romano.  I fully expect him to try to filibuster term limits for Congress again this session.

Please donate anything you can.

Again, and I can't stress this enough, the entire term limits movement must stand up to politicians like this one West Virginia State Senator.

You, me and every other supporter of term limits for Congress need to fight back.

We must keep this billboard campaign going.

Please make the very best donation you can today.

Sincerely,

Phil Blumel
President
