As we turn the corner on the worst days of this pandemic, we know the work is far from over. Our focus now is to pass the Protecting the Right to Organize Act—the PRO Act— the most important labor law reform in generations.
We need to level the playing field, and one of the best ways to do that is by passing the PRO Act. Workers deserve a voice at the workplace. Workers need a seat at the table. And workers are demanding a fair share of the wealth that we create. We can accomplish all these things when the PRO Act becomes law.
Why do we need the PRO Act? It is simple. Our outdated labor laws are no longer strong enough to protect you in the workplace. The PRO Act would change that.
Stronger unions mean higher wages, safer working conditions and dignity for all people who work.
