Dear Friend, The other day I went to get new tires for my daughter’s car. At the mechanic shop, there were two options: Chinese-made tires for about $470 or American-made tires for $590. I bought the American tires. I understand that the price gap is big for many of us, but at some point, retuning to Made in America will help all of us. We wring our hands about China’s aggression in the world—and it didn’t have to be that way; but one simple thing we can all do is look for the “Made in America" label. It will help and send a big message to big business. As your representative, I’m here to keep you safe, to meet complex challenges like those coming from China, and most importantly—just here to help. Can you consider a gift of $50, $100, or $250, or whatever you can afford, to help right now?

If you can give, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you, as always, for your friendship and your trust. Sincerely,

Jeff Fortenberry
