John,

In a recent undercover video, a Big Oil lobbyist admits that Exxon routinely fights against climate legislation while publicly claiming to support it — including working to remove or diminish climate measures in President Biden’s current infrastructure package. He also admitted that a carbon tax is just a scheme that lets Big Oil corporations look green while continuing to pollute.

Though revelations about Exxon’s practices aren’t a surprise, they do highlight why Food & Water Action’s work is so important. Corporate polluters are plotting, but we’re fighting back. With your support, we can take on Big Oil & Gas and tackle climate change!

Please consider making a donation today to help fight corporate attacks on our climate.

Fracked gas pipelines and other fossil fuel infrastructure, like power plants and fracked gas export facilities, threaten our air and water and are a main cause of the climate crisis. Yet complacent legislators at state and federal levels are actively weakening environmental protections and giving the industry unprecedented privilege to rewrite pollution laws for its own benefit.

We need a clean energy revolution. That’s why Food & Water Action mobilizes people to reclaim their political power, hold elected officials accountable and resist corporate control. Your donation to Food & Water Action helps us fight for ending fracking, stopping new fossil fuel infrastructure and moving toward a just 100% clean, renewable energy future.

Wind and solar technologies are ready to provide the energy we need, but we must change our policies that favor entrenched corporate polluters. That means fighting the polluters and also electing leaders who will fight against dirty energy. Our policy and legal staff, organizers, volunteers and members are fighting every day to make change happen. Will you join us?

Please make a donation today to fight against corporate polluters and for a livable climate.
