Friend,

Yesterday's MLB All-Star game at Coors Field celebrated America's pastime and Colorado values. But it took place in the shadows of the voter suppression law enacted by Georgia Republicans earlier this year and the continued assault on our voting rights.

Georgia's new law all but eliminates ballot drop boxes, makes passing out food and water to folks waiting in line illegal, and curbs access to absentee voting. The MLB held Georgia Republicans accountable by moving the All-Star game from Atlanta to Coors Field, but it's on everyone to take a stand to protect our rights.

Jason's pushed back against efforts to undermine democracy since the moment he got to Congress. And after the outrageous attacks this year, he's doubled down on his commitment to secure our voting rights. Just recently, he voted in favor of the For the People Act and has called for the Senate to end the filibuster so voting rights bills can be signed into law.

Jason and the House majority can protect against the Republican voting rights agenda, but we need to make sure they can maintain their momentum going into the 2022 election.

The ongoing assault on our right to vote won't go away overnight. It'll take continued work from the House majority, which is why we're leaning on you, friend. Will you chip in any donation you can so Jason can meet his mid-month fundraising goal?
