[1]U.S. Senator Chris Murphy

Friends -

As you may know, Congress and the Biden administration are working on passing an enormous infrastructure package.

The goal is to address our nation’s crumbling infrastructure while also confronting the climate crisis and the huge economic obstacles facing American families.

I want to hear from you on this issue today. What are your hopes and priorities for our infrastructure bill?

Will you take my short survey about what you want to see in the infrastructure package? Your feedback helps me to be a better and more responsive senator.

For me, this is a moment we have to go big. People are hurting, and they are furious that their government has allowed so much wealth and power to accrue to a handful of billionaires and corporations. If we do not act, we will not be able to stop people from losing faith in democracy.

Democrats won a governing trifecta by running on many of the bold ideas at the center of this debate, and now, people rightfully expect us to come through.

So I want to hear from you on this. My job is to represent everyone, not just those that call or write to my office. It’s important for me to listen to people everywhere about what they want me to do in Washington.

Please take a couple minutes to complete my survey on your priorities for the infrastructure bill. I do look at these results, so it’s important to me that we hear from as many people as possible.

Thank you in advance. It means a lot to me.

Every best wish,

Chris Murphy
