Folks,

I’m the Senate’s only working farmer.

It’s a unique challenge: Farm life knows no off days, and the inflexible timing of my responsibilities drives my staff crazy — but they know how important this work is to me. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Whenever I'm not in Washington, I'm still on the clock back home. And when I’m not on the farm, I’m traveling Montana, hearing directly from folks about their needs and priorities. Those conversations help me better serve our state in the U.S. Senate.

That means I’m not spending my days having fancy lunches or ritzy dinners with mega-donors, and that’s fine by me. But it also means that I rely on hardworking supporters like you to power the work we do.

So here comes the part where I make my pitch: Can you chip in ahead of tonight’s mid-month fundraising deadline to help us meet our goal? Your support helps me keep fighting for Montana in Washington.

It means everything to know that I can count on you.

Thanks again,

Jon
