Dear AFGE Activist,
The Women’s and Fair Practices Departments are proud to announce our Management Directive (MD-715) training. MD-715 was issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in 2003 to implement the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act).
MD-715 provides guidelines and standards to agencies for establishing and maintaining effective employment programs that requires agencies to take appropriate steps to ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are conducted in a discrimination free manner for employees and applicants.
This training will cover the requirements under the No Fear Act and MD-715. This is a training you do not want to miss! We hope you are able to join us for this training. If you have any questions or concerns, pleases contact Jenny Pratt at [email protected].
Please remember to register in advance for this webinar happening on Wednesday, July 21 at 7 p.m. EST.
In Solidarity,
Jeremy A. Lannan
NVP for Women and Fair Practices
