Hi there,

Thank you!

Last Friday the state and territory Disability Ministers met with NDIS Minister Linda Reynolds - and they flat out rejected the Federal Government's plans to introduce compulsory assessments.

Armed with more than 5,000 emails from you, following almost 12 months of your emails, submissions, calls and more - NDIS Minister Linda Reynolds had no choice but to back down on independent assessments - and promise to go back to the drawing board.

The details to come out of the meeting are light on detail - but you can find out what we do and don't know here. [[link removed]]

But for right now - we want you to stop and take a big moment to recognise your power and what you have done by speaking up.

You stopped independent assessments as we know them.

Our community is enormously powerful when we work together for the common good.

So take this moment, recognise your power - and stay tuned.

We will no doubt need to call upon your help again for the next round.

Thank you!
