Hi John,

This is Matt Rinaldi – the new Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas.

I’m truly honored to help lead our Party at this critical point in history – and, I’m also thankful to know that I can count on your support in the mission to save our Great State from the progressive socialist left.

But, unfortunately there is not much time for well-wishes and pleasantries – so I’m going to cut right to the chase.

As you may have heard by now, 58 Democrat State legislators recently fled Texas to block the election integrity reforms that were moments away from passing in the recent Special Legislative Session.

And, John, I don’t know what is more insulting . . .

The fact that they abandoned millions of Texans in order to grandstand in Washington, D.C., and score cheap political points;

The fact that they willfully neglected their constitutional duties to serve their constituents;

Or the fact that they did so with bright, smiling faces.

That’s why I want to know if you think that the 58 Democrat legislators who fled Texas should be arrested for blatantly neglecting their duties and abandoning our state.

This goes to show that when Democrats don’t get their way, they will pout, whine, and cheat until they do.

What these 58 Democrats are doing is not courageous, it’s not brave, and it’s not the way to serve.

And, if you ask me, what they’re doing is criminal.

That’s why I need to know what you think, John . . .

Should these Democrat legislators who abandoned their posts be arrested for neglecting their constitutional duties?

Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

Sincerely,

Matt Rinaldi
