 This is a tale of two cities: Portland, Oregon and Washington, D.C.
The 2020 Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests in Portland caused $2.3 million in damages to federal buildings where rioters and ANTIFA domestic terrorists threw firebombs at buildings.
According to Federal prosecutors, the January 6th protests in Washington, D.C. caused $1.5 million in damages to the Capitol (a few windows must be very expensive).
We’re now up to 563 people who have been charged with various federal crimes for their participation in the January 6th protests. There will be hundreds more to come as the Biden administration, DOJ, and FBI are ramping up efforts to surveil and prosecute Trump supporters across America who were in Washington DC on January 6th.
Many of these people have been rotting in jail cells for the past six months and denied their due process.
In Portland, 96 rioters were charged with Federal crimes under the Trump administration – but since Biden took over, nearly all of the charges have been dropped.
This is blatant abuse by the Department of Justice and nothing less than political prosecution (and non-prosecution).
Congress needs to step up and hold Attorney General Merrick Garland accountable for politicizing the DOJ, FBI and ATF.

The Biden Administration, backed by Nancy Pelosi and the entirety of the Deep State are using the events of January 6th to identify and lock up anyone they deem as “extreme” or “anti-government.” They are trying to make Trump supporters political prisoners in America, and we need members of Congress who will stand up to this abuse of power.
The BLM rioters who are openly anti-law enforcement are all-but-ignored by the Biden administration. Even worse, BLM’s actions have been encouraged by the Democrat party and its leadership.
Congress needs an overhaul to recognize its obligations to justice, law and order, and protecting the Constitutional freedoms of the American people.
