Good news first: As we move closer to our FEC fundraising deadline (midnight tomorrow!) and Election Day (just 3 weeks!), we are in a very good position to win this race. Our GOTV operation is in full swing for early voting, and people are fired up to vote for Nina.

Now the bad news: We are being pummeled by Dark Money Super PACs running false, negative ads (that our opponent specifically asked for on her website in a flagrant attempt to skirt federal campaign finance laws) on tv. And a recent poll shows that these ads are starting to have an effect.

Can you chip in $5 before tomorrow night’s FEC deadline? After it hits we have some big spending decisions to make, and we’re counting on lots and lots of individual contributions to fight back against the flood of Dark Money trying to stop us.

The truth is, we’re pacing a bit behind where we’d hope to be at this point before the deadline. But the stakes are too high for that. We need to catch up because we can’t afford to let these attacks go unanswered.

You can be sure that these attacks are only going to escalate from here. So it's up to all of us to do everything we can before the FEC deadline and Election Day.
