Folks, there’s only one thing stopping us from investing in
American jobs and American families, passing the PRO Act, enacting climate
solutions, protecting the right to vote, competing with China, rebuilding
our country, and -- well, the list goes on.

The filibuster is the #1 obstacle to the progress America’s workers are
demanding. And flipping Ohio’s Senate seat is our chance to end it.

Look, this move makes us a BIG target for Mitch McConnell and his wealthy
GOP buddies -- we’re expecting a barrage of attacks any day now. I’m proud
to stand on the right side of history but the ONLY way we’ll be able to
overcome whatever the GOP throws at us is if you step up today.

legislation

effective laws
